Deterministic financial and scoring engines produce every figure. Language models draft narrative sections only, always from the validated data set, and every generated section can be regenerated or locked after manual editing.
Technology & security
Transaction data is among the most sensitive information a business holds. Investor & Co is engineered so that analysis is reproducible, access is provable and every document event can be reconstructed years later.

L2
Server-side execution keeps privileged logic off the browser. Reads and writes are validated, typed end to end and executed under the identity of the signed-in user.
L3
Row-level security isolates every workspace. Documents are versioned rather than overwritten, and financial, risk and committee records are retained for the life of the mandate.
L4
Uploads, edits, permission changes, status transitions and committee votes are written to append-only ledgers with actor, timestamp and prior state, producing a defensible chain of evidence.
Controls
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents in data rooms are watermarked on access and served through short-lived, signed links.
Access is granted per dossier and per document class, sponsor, adviser, investor, committee, compliance, so a party sees only the file it was admitted to.
Stage transitions, credit decisions and permission grants require a second authorised approver, recorded with identity and time stamp.
Dashboards, notifications and committee boards update through authenticated live channels, so every participant reads the same state of the file.
Managed cloud infrastructure with redundancy, continuous backups and monitored recovery objectives supports continuity of transaction work.
Multi-standard reporting and configurable retention support IFRS, local GAAP and jurisdictional record-keeping expectations under our regulated-partner model.
Institutional clients can request our architecture and control documentation as part of vendor due diligence.
